Since 2002, KCS has been retained as investor relations and financial communications advisor to virtually every major transaction in the Irish market. The range of transaction includes IPOs, LBOs, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Re-Financings.

Our approach to transaction management recognises the different communications requirements of debt and equity markets, public & private equity.

From a client’s standpoint, we apply our unique understanding of transaction management to co-ordinate, manage and allocate the roles and responsibilities of the broad adviser team involved in a transaction. We advise on the optimal structure, content and timing of the market communication process and the presentation of a transaction (and all related communications material) to the capital markets and business & financial media.
